Proactive basics online is an online training module containing a set of skills which you can take on to become a proactive team player, who communicates effectively and fearlessly takes responsibility for what really matters.

The journey of self-development is an ongoing process of constant learning. It gives you the opportunity to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses and to work on them. Remember, personal development is not just about your job, it can help you in all the areas of your life and is therefore largely a personal journey. We can hand you tools, we can give you questions to think about, but it is you who needs to prioritize your self-development. It is very easy to allow yourself to be lived. To become too busy with work, family, stress and worry to make time for yourself. So it is up to you to decide what priority your own self-development has for you.

In this specific training we take a closer look at “pro-active coping skills”.
That means we teach you skills, which prepares you for potential future stressors, possibly averting them altogether. In other words you construct resources and resistance toward the possible occurrence of stress in the future – Learn now to do better later.

The purpose of this training is to:
